South Feather Water and Power currently partners with Paymentus Corporation to provide timely payment options. The Paymentus portal offers options to automate your payment and use Credit Card,  Debit Card, e-Check, Venmo, Paypal, and PayPal Credit. Paymentus is the only recognized online payment option tracked by South Feather Water and Power to avoid disconnect fees. Office hours are  Monday-Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 3:30pm. 

We also offer a 24-hour automated payment system through Paymentus which can be reached at (866) 335-0486.

 

 

All online payments made via Paymentus to restore disconnected service, must be followed up with a phone call to SFWPA’s main office to restore water service. If payment and/or communication is received after 3:30pm, the after-hours charge of $150 will apply.
