South Feather Water and Power currently partners with Paymentus Corporation to provide timely payment options. The Paymentus portal offers options to automate your payment and use Credit Card, Debit Card, e-Check, Venmo, Paypal, and PayPal Credit. Paymentus is the only recognized online payment option tracked by South Feather Water and Power to avoid disconnect fees.
All online payments made via Paymentus to restore disconnected service, must be followed up with a phone call to SFWPA’s main office to restore water service. If payment and/or communication is received after 3:30pm, the after-hours charge of $150 will apply.
