Multi-Family
Residential Units:
Any meter
that serves multiple units is considered a Multi-Family Residential Unit such
as mobile home parks, apartment complexes, duplexes, multiple commercial units,
etc. These units are not charged a monthly meter service rate, instead these
accounts are charged $7.90 per unit per month. The volumetric rate is the same
as normal metered connections at $0.42 per 100 cubic feet up to 10,000 cubic
feet. The rate drops after 10,000 cubic to $0.31 per 100 cubic feet.
